Growing up on the rolling waves of Alaska aboard a commercial fishing vessel, I was immersed in the fishing industry’s every detail. Surrounded by the tireless dedication of my family, I learned early on what it means to deliver fresh, wild-caught seafood directly from the ocean’s depths to the consumer’s plate. This was more than a job; it was a commitment to sustainable practices and a labor of love.
As the years passed, my passion for fishing and the desire to positively influence the food industry only grew. I saw a world increasingly disconnected from its food sources, a global system that had lost touch with the essence of nourishment. Driven by a vision to bridge this gap, I set out to found Fishermen Direct Seafood.
